Will Margiloff
Founder/co-CEO
Will Margiloff is Founder and co-CEO of Innovation Interactive. With more than 16 years of Internet marketing experience, Margiloff brings unparalleled innovation and expertise to the company and to the industry. He oversees and guides the overall strategic direction of Innovation Interactive, focusing his energies on finding synergies for marketers across the company's three divisions. He is also CEO of IgnitionOne where he leads the company's global growth strategy and development of its Digital Marketing Suite.
As one of the early pioneers in the Internet marketing field, Margiloff has helped revolutionize the online landscape, leading the use of new online advertising formats and technologies. He is a regular speaker at industry and investment conferences focused on the Internet advertising industry and is frequently quoted in publications ranging from Dow Jones to Ad Week.
Before founding Innovation Interactive in May of 2002, Margiloff worked in senior management roles for several internet companies including Net2Phone, theglobe.com and 24/7 Media.
Margiloff holds a B.A. in History from Hobart College.
Bryan Wiener
co-CEO
Bryan Wiener is co-CEO of Innovation Interactive and CEO of digital agency 360i. Under his leadership, 360i has earned a spot on Ad Age's coveted "Agency A-List" and Fast Company's "World's Most Innovative Companies" roster, helping clients like Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, Diageo and NBC Universal engage their target audiences across the ever-changing digital landscape. Mediaweek has named Bryan a Top 50 person in media two years running for his visionary leadership within the industry and recently named him a Media All-Star.
Bryan's background includes a series of senior management positions at Net2Phone Global Services, a pioneer in VoIP communications technology. Prior to that, he served as General Manager at TheGlobe.com and Director of Business Development at Standard and Poor's. He currently serves on the AAAA National Board of Directors and is a member of several other industry advisory boards including the AAAA Digital Board and IAB Agency Advisor Board. He is also an advisor to NYU's Media & Entertainment Student & Alumni Associations.

Scott Levine
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Levine joined Innovation Interactive in June 2004 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for managing financial operations, reporting, budgeting and financing for the company. Levine brings more than 20 years of business experience, including 10 years in the accounting and finance field primarily with middle market public and private companies.
Before joining Innovation Interactive, Levine was Chief Financial Officer of iVillage, a leading Internet-based content source for women and one of the top women's communities online. As CFO at iVillage, he was responsible for overseeing accounting, finance, MBA, human resources and facilities as well as acting as the Chief Operating Officer for one of its subsidiaries during 2002 and 2003.
Before joining iVillage, Levine was Controller of Fundtech Ltd., a financial software company and Controller of AmeriCash, LLC., an operator of a network of automated teller and electronic commerce machines, which was sold to American Express. Prior to AmeriCash, He was employed by Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P, where he served as the Auditor for iVillage.
Levine is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a MBA in Accounting from Baruch College and a BA in Communication from the State University of NY at Buffalo.
Craig Pohan
Chief Technology Officer
Craig Pohan joined the company in early 2005 as Chief Technology Officer, focused on defining the company's technology strategy, and supporting the company's initiatives as it continues to grow organically and through acquisitions. He is also Chief Technology Officer at 360i, Innovation Interactive's digital marketing agency. As Innovation Interactive grows and diversifies its suite of performance-based products, Pohan ensures complete technical integration between product lines, allowing for a holistic approach to managing online campaigns. By continually refining and standardizing the company's accompanying robust reporting systems to track online campaigns across all product lines, Pohan is also systematically building technology that allows for easy integration of new products, whether acquired or developed internally.
Before joining Innovation Interactive, Pohan held a number of executive positions at Ask.com, most recently as Vice President of Software Development, where he led all major technology projects involving portal (iWon, Excite, MyWay), search (MySearch, MyWebSearch) and ad serving (MaxOnline, AJinteractive) functionality. Before this, he was an integral member of the senior management team for Interactive Search Holdings (ISH), which was later acquired by Ask.com. Prior to this, Pohan held various positions at UBS and Accenture.
Eric Bamberger
Senior Vice President, Performance Marketing
One of the company's founding employees, Eric Bamberger is a Senior Vice President at Innovation Interactive, and oversees IgnitionOne's Display Advisor group, which advises Fortune 500 brands on large scale performance-based display campaigns. With more than 10 years of experience in interactive advertising sales, Bamberger brings deep client relationships and understanding of the industry to the company.
Before joining Innovation Interactive, Bamberger was responsible for daily management of all advertising related revenue at Net2Phone across multiple US offices. Bamberger directed the advertising sales efforts of the organization, reinforcing the interest of advertisers on Net2Phone by presenting unique, innovative and strategic techniques for advertising sales and packaging on the web.
Before joining Net2Phone, he was the Director of National Advertising Sales at theglobe.com. Prior to theglobe.com, he was a senior sales representative from Interactive Imaginations, which later evolved into 24/7 Media.
Bamberger holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Maryland, College Park.
