360i Appoints Digital Marketing Veteran to Lead Agency
John Ragals to Oversee Growth, Diversification and International Expansion of Full-Service Search & Performance Marketing Agency

NEW YORK – January 18, 2006 – 360i LLC, a leading full-service performance and search marketing agency, announced today that it has appointed John Ragals as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, bringing more than 15 years of experience within the media industry to the firm. The company recruited Mr. Ragals to lead 360i’s team as it continues its industry leadership through expanding services and adding new clients to its blue chip roster. Mr. Ragals will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and future direction of the agency’s three US offices as well as grow the company as it expands internationally. Mr. Ragals will report to Bryan Wiener, President of 360i.

Most recently, Mr. Ragals was Senior Vice President and Group Account Director at Beyond Interactive with P&L and operational responsibility for Beyond’s relationships with Fortune 500 clients such as Cendant, Western Union, Nokia and 3M.   Mr. Ragals oversaw a cross-functional team of account, media, creative, marketing intelligence and data solutions personnel, and lead the agency team in key new business wins. Before joining Beyond, Mr. Ragals held senior positions at webloyalty.com, a leading online direct marketer of membership clubs, and Modem Media, a pioneering interactive marketing strategy and services firm (now part of Digitas). He holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from NYU and a BA in economics from Duke University.
